IMPLEMENTATION

It is a simple but powerful tool that helps you visualize all the important areas of your life at once.

Life coaches and career coaches often use it to give their clients a “bird’s eye” view of their lives. By looking at a visual representation of all the areas of your life at once, the wheel helps you to understand better which of your life areas are flourishing and which ones need the most work.

Participants will assess their life areas by colouring in the template. They will get a visual representation of their life and find out in which areas they feel the most fulfilled and in which areas do they wish to improve. The participants will then set their own personal goals that they wish to accomplish and write down a plan of action to achieve those goals.

At the end, the participants will form a group of 4 and discuss their realizations. Were you surprised at the results of colouring in the template? Did it make you rethink your life? In which areas do you wish to improve? What are your goals, and how do you wish to achieve them?

For any further discussion points, you can use cards. You can also check out The Mindful Coaching Youth Work project and find some inspiration there.
