Personal Business Model

Aim

The model will offer you new approaches to making the first step towards employment or changes in your career path.

The used model gives you a clear overview of what you have, what you can do and what you can give to the world. The process we follow brings you freshness and motivation for future work.

Description

TARGET GROUP

Young people (15 – 29 years). It can even be used when working with adults.

TIME NEEDED

Minimum 45 minutes, can be prolonged

IMPLEMENTATION

Step 1 (10 min): We present and explain the Personal Business Model, its nine main building blocks, and how participants should fill it out. We can even show an example (use a simple, abstract example).

Step 2 (15 -25 min): Participants fill out their models.

Step 3 (15 min): Participants are divided into groups (of 3) and present their models. Presentation is crucial since it helps us present our “story”. It is also an opportunity for others to help us upgrade the model with support questions.
